Annemarie Mitchell, President, CEO
Annemarie is a co-founder of Legacy in 1988, she came to timber framing with a design background, with experience designing timber frame homes.
She is active in design, and heads the design department as well as the primary contact for sales. Until about 2007 she did most of the timber layout and some of the cutting, as well as crane rigging on site. In recent years she has taken her extensive knowledge and experience to the community and has served in several leadership roles and is active in the Capital Region Builders and Remodelers Association and NAHB.
Dan Roseberger, Vice President
Dan is a co-founder of Legacy in 1988. Prior to forming legacy with Annemarie, Dan worked in carpentry and with his own company was a much sought after subcontractor to raise timber frames for other companies.
Dan heads Legacy Field operations. He handles scheduling and is active in frame raisings and panel installations. He also works in the shop laying out timbers and cutting when the schedule allows.
Dan is always available to speak with the home owner, contractor and trades to answer any technical or construction questions.
Dean Smith, Shop Foreman
Dean started with Legacy in 2003 with a carpentry background. He runs the shop operations and does the majority for the timber layout for the frames, as well as being active in cutting the frames.
Jay Mattison, Master Joiner
Jay started with Legacy in 2006. He brings his cabinet making background to the shop and cuts the majority of the curves and complex joinery for our timber frames.
Jeff Rhodes, Joiner
Jeff joined the Legacy team in 2004 with a carpentry background. Jeff works in the shop cutting frames, and will also work in field when there is a complex frame that requires a joiner to be there.
Don Goman, Field Crew
Don started at Legacy in 2005. Don works in the field assembling frames and installing panels.
Jeremy Miller, Field Crew
Jeremy recently returned to join our team. He is in the field working with the frame crew, we are glad to have him back.
